Garden Glow Water
A refreshing, everyday infusion that tastes like a slow walk by the creek.
🌱 Ingredients
6–8 fresh mint leaves
4–5 cucumber slices
2–3 thin lemon rounds
1–2 cups cold filtered water
Ice (optional)
🫗 Preparation
Gently crush mint leaves between your fingers to release their oils.
Add mint, cucumber, and lemon to a glass or pitcher.
Pour in cold water.
Let sit for at least 10–20 minutes (longer = stronger flavor).
Add ice if desired.
