Garden Glow Water

A refreshing, everyday infusion that tastes like a slow walk by the creek.

🌱 Ingredients

  • 6–8 fresh mint leaves

  • 4–5 cucumber slices

  • 2–3 thin lemon rounds

  • 1–2 cups cold filtered water

  • Ice (optional)

🫗 Preparation

  1. Gently crush mint leaves between your fingers to release their oils.

  2. Add mint, cucumber, and lemon to a glass or pitcher.

  3. Pour in cold water.

  4. Let sit for at least 10–20 minutes (longer = stronger flavor).

  5. Add ice if desired.
