Creekside Calm Tea
A gentle, grounding blend to settle the spirit.
🌱 Ingredients
1 tbsp dried chamomile
1 tsp dried lavender
1 tsp lemon balm (optional but wonderful)
1–2 cups hot water
Maple syrup or honey (optional)
🫖 Preparation
Add chamomile, lavender, and lemon balm into a tea infuser or directly into your mug.
Pour hot (not boiling) water over the herbs.
Let steep for 5–7 minutes.
Sweeten lightly if desired.
Sit somewhere quiet, breathe deeply, and sip slowly.

This tea is ideal for sleep, anxiety, or emotional heaviness.
It tastes like laying in soft grass beside the creek.
