Honey, Ginger Hearth Tea
Warming, nurturing, and grounding β a hearth-fire in a cup.
π± Ingredients
4β6 fresh ginger slices (ΒΌ inch thick)
Β½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
1β2 cups water
Maple syrup or honey to sweeten
π« Preparation
Add ginger slices to a small pot of water.
Bring to a gentle boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 5β10 minutes, depending on desired strength.
Remove from heat and strain into your mug.
Add cinnamon (optional).
Sweeten to taste.
Wrap your hands around the cup and breathe deeply.
