Lavender, Vanilla Comfort Tea

Β½ tsp dried culinary lavender
1 tea bag rooibos or black tea (rooibos keeps it caffeine-free)
1 splash vanilla extract (β βΒΌ tsp)
Oat milk or almond milk (optional)
Maple syrup to sweeten (optional)
π« Preparation
Add lavender + tea bag to your mug.
Pour hot water over the ingredients.
Steep 4β6 minutes (rooibos) or 2β3 minutes (black tea).
Remove the tea bag.
Add vanilla + oat milk.
Sweeten if desired.
Stir gently, inhale the scent, then sip warmly.
