1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free)
2 cups almond or oat milk
½ tsp cinnamon
Pinch nutmeg
Splash vanilla extract
Maple syrup
Fresh fruit or nuts for topping

Bring plant milk to a gentle simmer.
Stir in oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Remove from heat and add vanilla + maple.
