Before We Were
On the third day, He created the dry land, the seas, the plants and the trees — all of it before humanity drew its first breath. Creation began with the light, the sky, the earth and seas, the universe, and the creatures of the land and water. We were last. We were made into something that had already been tended, already been watered, already been prepared.
Three is a divine number — the beginning, a middle, and an end. The tripartite nature of the world as heaven, earth, and waters. It is human as body, soul, and spirit. The Servant Mother as well as ourselves are consisted of mainly water. She holds it. She moves through it. So do we.
"I believe Mama Earth is a gift of nourishment to us all — a way for us to feel connected back to The Divine. To connect with her is to connect with Our Creator; the allowance of a channel to Him through prayer and simply resting, just as He did on the seventh day."
